Access to NIRAPI is provided through healthcare organizations. Individual patients receive access through their clinic or healthcare provider.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NIRAPI. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your personal health data but grant us a license to process and analyze it to provide our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NIRAPI shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Inaccuracies in data from third-party integrations

10. Service Availability
